By registering for this conference, the registrant is agreeing to all the Terms & Conditions set forth in regards to Competitive Intelligence + Strategy Event/Versalinx. The registrant's conference registration is for attendance and participation at the CI+S Event, and the registrant agrees and understands his/her registration fee/advance payment for full payment is being paid for the intent of this transaction. Conference organizers reserve the right to change the venue and dates, if necessary. If the conference is canceled, CI + Strategy Event/Versalinx is not responsible for any travel, airfare, lodging or any other costs that may be incurred by conference registrants. Versalinx/Competitive Intelligence + Strategy Event is not responsible for any and all costs, including injury, loss or damage that may occur to the attendee or the attendee’s property from any cause whatsoever, the attendee may incur whether directly or indirectly related to this conference. Speakers and agenda are subject to change. In the event of a speaker cancellation, CI+S Event/Versalinx will make every effort to find a suitable replacement. All CI+S Event/Versalinx participants are solely responsible for the costs associated with attending or otherwise participating in the conference including – but not limited to – the costs of travel and lodging to and from the conference, and safe keeping of any personal or business property. By attending the conference, registrant acknowledges that CI+S Event/Versalinx staff may record video/photographs/audio of the conference activities; and registrant agrees that such recordings may be used by Competitive Intelligence + Strategy Event/Versalinx for the purpose of publicizing this event. For attendee registrations, a full refund minus a $250 USD administrative fee will be made if cancellations are received fifteen (15) business days prior to the start of the event. No refunds will be made after this date. Cancellations thereafter (including those for registrations made less than fifteen (15) business days prior to the start of the event) will receive credit to attend next year’s conference. If the attendee is not able to attend next year’s conference, then the registration is forfeited. Refunds or transfers may not be issued to any registrant who fails to attend the conference and who has not provided prior notice.
