The registrant's conference registration is for attendance and participation at the Pharma Market Research Conference, and the registrant agrees and understands his/her registration fee/advance payment for full payment is being paid for the intent of this transaction. Conference organizers reserve the right to change the venue and dates, if necessary. If the conference is canceled, Pharma Market Research Conference/Versalinx is not responsible for any travel, airfare, lodging or any other costs that may be incurred by conference registrants. Versalinx/Pharma Market Research Conference is not responsible for any and all costs, including injury, loss or damage that may occur to the attendee or the attendee’s property from any cause whatsoever, the attendee may incur whether directly or indirectly related to this conference. Speakers and agenda are subject to change. In the event of a speaker cancellation, Pharma Market Research Conference/Versalinx will make every effort to find a suitable replacement. All Pharma Market Research Conference/Versalinx participants are solely responsible for the costs associated with attending or otherwise participating in the conference including – but not limited to – the costs of travel and lodging to and from the conference, and safe keeping of any personal or business property. By attending the conference, registrant acknowledges that Pharma Market Research Conference/Versalinx staff may record video/photographs/audio of the conference activities; and registrant agrees that such recordings may be used by Pharma Market Research Conference/Versalinx for the purpose of publicizing this event. For attendee registrations, a full refund minus a $250 USD administrative fee will be made if cancellations are received fifteen (15) business days prior to the start of the event. No refunds will be made after this date. Cancellations thereafter (including those for registrations made less than fifteen (15) business days prior to the start of the event) will receive credit to attend next year’s conference. Please note that the name on the registration is for that intended person to attend the conference. Any deviation from this will result in dismissal from the event. If the attendee is not able to attend next year’s conference, then the registration is forfeited. Refunds or transfers may not be issued to any registrant who fails to attend the conference and who has not provided prior notice.
